Sending off 2014 and welcoming a better 2015 I sincerely hoped for!

OH~~ What's that coming in our way? It's the smell of 2015! LOL! OMG! Such a nightmare, cause this month I have like 3 events, almost every weekend one...

And yes, I very long never blogged.. Can you imagine how busy I am? Cause till now, my office still down with one manpower.. So I do not have spare time to do blogging during work. Hehs. But here I am to do some quick reviews which I have not been able to do so! So here goes! [From oldest to the latest...]

During late September, the fantastic four finally made a trip to adventure cove! Haha! Ah~~ The rides are annoying! But I guess water rides are much more friendly compared to those roller coaster? But still dont make me go through that scary experience again! LOL!
260914: The end of the whole filled day of fun!
We really spent a day there!!! Cant believe it, I think the best part of it was the snorkelling!! I thought I wont dare to do it, cause it's real deep!!!!!!! And I was so afraid that I cannot breathe through the tube, but it turned out to be quite awesome!!! SO NICE!! All the fishes just below your feet! Wow~

Huimin damn cool! She doesnt know how to swim she just followed us! LOL! She had some water lesson from Emily and Ynez, poor girl cannot leave her feet away from the ground! I hope she can overcome her fear one day!

After which, near to the end of the year, events kept flowing in~~~ 9th November was my GRC IAEC event, following week I have my own IAEC event.. OMG! Stressful period! I totally enjoyed and preferred GRC level event, cause not only I have other colleagues from different divisions to help each other, I enjoyed the teamwork and the fun we tried so hard to come up with!!! Thank you my fellow colleagues! ^^

So what's up next??? Who knew we get bombed by a wedding card suddenly? It's catherine's wedding!! HAHAHA! Everything seems to happen in a blink of eyes~ But still, I just want to wish her countless of happiness! I just admire her courage and her never give up spirit! She really changed my impression of her completely! If only I have half of it? I think my life will be so much better.. LOL!

Combination of RPSD comrades! The past & the present!
When it's really close to the end of the year, it seems that time ran out faster by twice! Especially in the month of December, it felt like 3 days instead of 30 days! LOL! *A little of exaggeration, hehs.*

So for the first week of December, we had GRC Staff Retreat at one of the restaurant inside TPY Safra! It was the most stressful retreat, because our GOH was Dr Ng, the best part was he went to each table for a short session. I almost died though.

After which, we headed our way to Sentosa's trick eye museum... Kind of disappointing that the organising committee did not book the museum for us only! Sobs, so we really have to squeeze with the public... The pathetic space really frustrated us alot! By turning to another direction can have yourself captured in other's picture. Aiyo.

This was the first retreat that my big boss joined us throughout! Thinking of all the mission pictures we had to take together with our boss really different! LOL! Cant imagine our old man did the same thing as we did! HAHAHAHA!

Beside Christmas being the special day of the month, I have 3 special days too! First was huimin! Her birthday falls in December~~~ We celebrated for her by having a simple dinner at this cheap cheap restaurant which I tried Escargot for the FIRST TIME! OMG! It's really a whole new experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I guess this was my first and last time, not very nice to eat something that is not common... It's not like chicken or pork, so yeah, shall not eat that again. LOL!
061214: Late dinner! But thankfully, it still open! Time for a big feast!

Actually before our dinner, we brought huimin to Pandora as "requested" by her. And we spent quite long in the store.... Believe me, you will not want to know! HA! When girl's shopping mode is on, you cant stop them! So true, but she's the birthday girl~~~ Fortunately, we didnt starved~!

Moving onto the mid-month, I went Bangkok with the Brothers! HAHAHA! Abit unbelievable I can totally "neutralise" into their companion! HAHA! Cause they dont see me as girl! LOL! At first quite worried, cause going out to foreign country........... But it didnt beat the feeling of having delayed for 4hours before taking off lor... Damn dulan. 

151214 - 191214: Our first overea trip at Bangkok!
Thankfully we stranded at Singapore Airport, not at the other side. This bunch of monkeys always have a very bad habit of pointing fingers when cork ups happened. *Shake head* Of course, I was one of them who they pinpointed for all the misfortune. Tsk.

I realised that we did not managed to go for cafe hopping which was intended to? HAHAHA! We didnt have much time to do shopping lor... Reached bangkok already midnight, nowhere to go but to check into our hotel... So sad.

Dunno entered the shop how many times, cause it's a burden to have hello kitty fans friends... -.-
Ralph is very into the local girls, but they are really very pretty~!!!! HAHAHA! Maybe he can just stay there! ^^

Anyway! Thank you all for taking care of meeeee!! But I still prefer going shopping with my fellow ladies la~ hahaha!

After returning back from Bangkok, I will be involved in Youth Friendship for Peace performances for 2 weekends! Both 20 & 21 December, the past 3 months of practices finally it was time to showcase what we have done! Come to think of it, kind of regretful not to have more tickets to invite my friends... Because I heard so many testimonials about our performance really touched alot of the youths, in fact the new friends' heart! Awww! It's an opportunity to let more of the others to experience the itaidoshin spirit! This was the theme of the whole performance!
The past few months of training when we have to move around Singapore: Tampines, Yishun, Senja and Toa Payoh!
Anyway, these 3 months I made a number of new friends! And thanks to this YFP, I get to know my zone better! Haha! So glad so glad! They are a bunch of friendly kind, and not forgetting our trainer, Jane for bonding us so close together! Always putting us before herself, bringing so many things just for us! I believe it's not easy! Thank you!
201214 - 211214: Ynez came before she flies off!
And also thanks to Jane, she helped me to change and get extra ticket for ynez! It is not easy to ask around since everyone needs extra tickets toooo! Thank you for making it possible for me, really appreciate that! 

One full day with 3 performances line up really damn freaky tired!!! Knocked out that night but need to wake up the next day for final 2!!! But on the last day of performance was very special!! Because it's a chance for me to see KRYSTAL!! HAHAHA! So long so long! She brought her little kids for performance, Soka Kindergarten children were performing! So cute can!

Anyway, during this performance, there were a number of episodes that left a deep impression in me. One of them was the human shelter, all the stallion uncles and other fellow members held umbrellas to create a human shelter for the performers! Most of them were already drenched and yet they kept calling to us, "come closer!" Really touched by their actions and concern!!! We really had to run our way fast!!! hahaha! So exciting! HAHAHA!


Last but not least, must thanks both Huimin and Emily! Without them, I dont think I can commit myself so much! They are my motivation, and still looking forward for more!!! Our another part of story under soka!!! Hehs!

Right after Christmas Day, we decided to celebrate Emily's birthday!!! We had our dinner at Gateway, Korean BBQ!!! We really ate alot of chicken and beef! LOL! The 3 of us spammed alot of kimchi and veggy! It has been some times we hang out together ever since YFP has ended, everyone was busy with their personal stuff and christmas too! I'm glad we still can meet up yea?
We bought her voucher so that she can go buy her crumpler bag! At least it's practical! HAHAHA! Most importantly, she likes it! ^^ 

311214: Last day of 2014 together at VIVO!
To end the year of 2014, we managed to meet up together with Emily's bf, Delvyn. We had Chinese buffet at one of the cantonese restaurants! I had a bad gastric the day before, therefore I couldnt eat too much. So sad...

After which, we watched 7th Son!! Even though I was in the movie theatre, without any clock around me but I still get to know that it has struck 12am! Because all the New Year wishes started coming in, Huimin wished me Happy New Year in the midst of the movie too! Damn funny! HAHA!

We took train back as the service extended to 2am! SO HENG! I didnt know~ Took a cab back from Bishan, as it's kind of scary to walk back home...

Although, it's a very simple meetup, but it's kind of cool that we spent the last day of 2014 together.. It wouldnt be better if we managed to catch BIG BANG at Marina Bay... Sobs, oh well! Next time ba!

Hoping all of us have a wonderful 2015, it's a new start, let's make it better than last year! HUAT AH!

First oversea trip in 2013 with H.E.Y!

190113 - 230113: YUP! Finally I have time to upload pictures here and there! So here I am, blogging about my first oversea trip in 2013 with Huimin, Emily and Ynez at Bangkok! In short, I name the 3 of them as HEY! :D

This time, I managed to go oversea first time with Ynez!!! HAHAHAHA! She's full of nonsense~ It's fun to have her, with her we did the impossible. What impossible? STREET FOOD! HEE! Alright! Enough of my chattering, it's time for photo viewing! ^^

And we saw our beloved senior, the tai tai vivian! She still so tai tai! ^^
I think while waiting for me doing my business in the toilet, the queue to collect our luggage was so freaky long la!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After we collected our luggages, we headed to take a cab to our hotel. That's the nightmare began... LOL! Even if we took the cab, the driver couldnt find the hotel that we booked. We ended up walking and looking for it ourselves with our luggages in hands, some tuktuk drivers like said here and there.. They just want us to take their rides, no way! We didnt want to make any wasted trip as we were really hungry and tired.. 

And while looking for it, we walked past a street stall! The aunty was cooking fried rice, and she spoke mandarin!! Since it was 12 noon, we had to take our lunch.. To replenish our energy before continuing... 

Fortunately, after our lunch we found the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMN SHIOK! We almost died at the street!! Our mood were damn low la...

Our initial plan was to go Chatuchak on our first day, however our energy were drained after looking for the hotel. Therefore, we made a decision to shop around our hotel area to familiarise the place as well.

We had a full massage while huimin tried leg massage! I think the staffs there didnt like us.. Erm, not us, I think only emily and ynez.. They were so noisy!!! The staffs kept shh-ing lor.. LOL!

The next day, we woke up early so that we can have breakfast before making our way to chatuchak! But, we spent a little time finding the way out to the main street! HA! Nevertheless, we managed to find... A&W!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome breakfast! So happy! ^^

Eventually, I couldnt come up with a way to tabao A&W back to singapore...
I hold well first... 
I eat! LOL!
Now I see the food, I damn super hungry!! But anyway, we seriously replenished ourselves with sufficient food though! :) Must be quite curious right?? Let me just side track abit and show what the food I had there which I like! :) At least I didnt really detest la~ Here goes:
No. 1: Noodle in disguise @ Chatuchak
You see the soup base you though it's chicken soup? NO NO~~ You are wrong then!
It's actually tom yum soup!! Interesting right? They make it taste exactly like tom yum soup but doesnt look like at all!
We love this.
 No. 2: The seafood ball (Takopachi-like) @ Chatuchak
This one is like using seafood and flour to go fry one..Quite filling when you need something to munch! :) I think it's good! I scare you all cant see the ingredient, so I enlarged it! LOL!
 No. 3: Coconut Ice cream (Nicer version) @ Chatuchak
Try to get the coconut ice cream with the coconut shell! It tastes better than those Ice Kachang.
That's my thoughts though, no harm trying both. Since Ynez have done that... LOL!
 No. 4: Fresh fried oyster @ Platinum Mall's food court
WAH! I tell you!! This fried oyster is really a good choice! Dont see from the picture like the oyster abit small, BUT! It's bigger than what we have in Singapore lor.. It's so fresh and juicy la!!! Unlike the small, pathetic and dry ones we had. DAMN NICE! Erm, but not suitable for those who dont like oyster...
 No. 5: Green Kueh (Chives kueh) @ Wholesales street
This taste exactly like the ju kueh in Singapore! But it's the chives version!! And the black colour sauce is the "sweet sauce", TASTE EXACTLY THE SAME TOOOO!!! Suddenly got home feel~~ But this is much more crispy than the steamed one! Nice too!
 No. 6: Mango Rice @ anywhere~
Mango sticky rice is the most common snack in bangkok! I think the 'crucial' part for buying the right one is whether you know how to see the mango is sweet anot.. LOL! Because mango not sweet, then I think it somehow will spoils the taste ba.. But of course, it's up to your preference too! But I love their mango! JUICY!
 No. 7: McDonald Breakfast (Pork) @ I dont know!
The pork burger we have for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL! They have interesting pies! Like the bacon &Ncheese pie? HAHA! Their milo tastes different, but I still love Singapore's milo! ^^ But overall, I like the burger!
 No. 8: Pad Thai @ Grand Alphine's street
This is the cheapest and most filling meal! It's simple but it tastes nice nice nice! :) And we are so fortunate, because they always there near the hotel we were staying and they stayed up quite late! :) Just nice when we come back from our shopping, we can get it for supper! ^^
 No. 9: Quail Egg @ Platinum Mall's food court
The egg taste very normal when we eat first time, however when we dipped the egg into the soya sauce.. It's taste very very different!!!! I think the soya sauce is a very good brand! Without the sauce, it cannot bring out the taste of the egg lor.. Not bad too! ^^
 No. 10: Soda Fruits drink
WOOO! I love this soda drinks!! ^^ It's really rare to see it in singapore!! It comes with lots of flavour! Strawberry, apple, grape, lemon & peach! It just tastes damn shiok when you are feeling thirsty! LOL!
 No. 11: Tendered chicken
It's just a normal chicken, we still can find this kind of chicken in singapore~  It's very tender!  Goes very nice with the sauce too!
 No. 12: Tom Yum Soup
How can we forget this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Though it's really very appetizing for my stomach, but I really like the one that ynez brought us to try!! The one at Terminal 21!! It tastes very nice, and not very sour! The soup seems to use like crab paste to enhance the soup ba.. I'm so hungry now!! LOL!

People who visited Bangkok will also try to visit some tourist places~~ Like the floating market? And bla bla bla.. But we really had no time to go visiting those thing, shopping were our TOP priority! WAHAHAHAHA!

Oh! The lady doing the tattoo is very pretty! LOL! Her feature very nice, I should have taken some pictures of her~~ HAHAHA! But anyway, this pictures remind me how big and brown their cockroaches were!!! DAMN SCARY~!! Haha! Alright, just a random thought.

At night, we proceed to do something before turning in... And I guess we were discussing about running man till I recalled one of the episodes, when the running man were asked to do drawing. Joong Ki turned out to be a *genius* in drawing! So I suggested we try doing it? OMG! IT WAS A HILARIOUS SESSION!! And we found "Joong Ki" among us!!! At first was Ynez, but it was HUIMIN!! The only masterpiece that she is very gladful with is the one shown below!

Ever since we fell in love with chicken intestine, the moment we stepped out of the hotel.. We never failed to start hunting it.. HAHAHA! I like the chewy texture and the sweet BBQ taste!

 And we have atas lunch at Chidlom! :) The environment was so nice, but we were in our shorts and slippers! HAHAHAHA! But since we were tourists there, who cares~~

I totally forgotten what I have ordered! HAHAHA! But it was nice! :)

We shopped quite alot in Naraya, I'm surprised the things there were acceptable, cheap though! ^^ It's a good place to shop!! Continue to shop the night market!! SHOP SHOP!


Oh! Before I forget! When you are in Bangkok, try not to place your rubbish beside a rubbish.. Cause after awhile, you will feel a tap on your shoulder. And when you realised, you are asked to take your rubbish away! And Bangkok's bin is damn little!! So the only way to get rid of them is to buy something from a stall, and asked them if they can help you throw. Apparently, they are very willing to! :)

We used to be so delighted  when we saw BR in Bangkok, however even since we have 2 outlets in Singapore.. It doesnt appear to be a WOW thing! LOL!
Have been walking for so many days, so we landed ourselves for a foot massage. But frankly speaking, I dislike it lor. Cause the lady who did the massage for me is not experienced at all, her job is being a receptionist lor. Feel cheated lor.

The night view in Bangkok! As busy as day~ But you will never know how hardworking Bangkok people when you get to see it with your eyes.. They opened their shop in the day, around evening time when the shopping mall has closed.. They packed their goods and carried it out to sell it on the street/ market.. It seems like they worked 24 hours never stopped their paces at all. I felt very amazed with!

Our last night, not to waste emily's effort for bringing her cards over. We decided to play! :) HAHAHA! The cluedo game was quite chim! After a game of that, we changed to monopoly deal! 
On our last day, we went to Terminal 21! ^^ It's a shopping mall with airport concept! VERY VERY VERY COOL! Each different level of the shopping malls will bring you to a different countries!! And different level of toilets shared a different story! IT'S DAMN COOL!

See this aunty below? She was one of those street hawkers.. Even though along a street sold the same food items by different sellers.. But! They treated everyone so nice! Especially one episode when I saw this aunty pushing her cart, but she was having problem. The another seller who parked her cart at the side helped her. They were strangers, yet they were so helpful with one another!!

 They were not competitive at all, it seems like they were satisfied with whatever they had. And, they also didnt call you to buy their stuffs. Is either you want, you come forward to buy. If not, you can just walk passed.

After visiting Terminal 21, we returned to the hotel to collect our bags and luggages... Since ours are night flights, we decided to have our dinner at the airport! Awww.. The feeling of going back is no joke.. Our 5 days 4 nights were gone just like that.. The feeling when I were in Bangkok was really different, instead of staying at other countries for the time being it made me feel like I'm travelling into a different dimension of time. The dimension of time when it felt that the time has stopped for me. .. .. .

We knew, the time will tick again for us once we landed in Singapore... Back to reality.. But I was so thankful we were back safe and sound right?

Had supper together with emily, ynez and her sister! Huimin has to rush back since she has work the very next day! Cabbed home with emily.. HOME SWEET HOME!!

After all the presents giving session, I'm left with all these... 5 dress, many lady's clothing, 8 tees,  3 tops, 2 shirts, 3 jackets. 2 jeans and 1 jumper... All belong to me! Always after the trip, I never failed to be ended up with only 1/4 of what I have bought.
I hope more trips to come!! ^^ Eh, videos are on the way! Didnt know we have taken quite a number of videos there too!

I thought of something, before Ynez graduated from RP.. We were saying to wait for her so that we can go for our graduation trip!! And I guess, this is it! LOL! Even though it came a little later.. I guess it's still very cool to think of! HAHAHAHA!
